We are realllllllyy sorry for the inconvenience. The service where we store all of our files (photos and videos) went out of business and we had to switch providers. That’s why only the photo and video files are grey.

We were able to migrate all of the files and the new version has been approved.

1. Please delete your application.
2. Please install the new one from the App Store / Google Play.

If the content is locked and you are a member:
1. Open the app.
2. Go to settings.
3. Tap on “I Already Bought This”

This does not charge you twice or purchases another membership. It simply restores your membership to your device.

This feature is there incase you upgrade, lose, change your phone, want it on your tablet etc.
